Nanoparticles Application Examples

Nanoparticles are usually transferred into a liquid dispersion or suspension facilitating industrial processing.
Depending on the final industrial application process we choose the type of solvent. Water based systems, solvents with low evaporation temperature as well as more viscous liquids are possible.

Pure nanoparticle thin films

Can be processed via water- or solvent-based dispersions. Typical film thickness: 10 nm - 10 microns.

Polymer coatings

If you should have an existing polymer coating system we can equip it with nanoparticles for new or enhanced properties. Industrial implementation is straight forward.

Liquid nanoparticle dispersions

Up to 50 wt% nanoparticle content in any given solvent.
