The transfer of nano properties into industrial products appears to be simple - its technical solution is not. Depending on your existing production process we develop a customized solution for you facilitating implementation.
Our solution-processable coating solutions are perfectly suited for continuous high-capacity production like R2R or printing.
Such films can be processed via water- or solvent-based dispersions. Typical film thickness 10 nm - 10 microns.
Should you have an existing polymer coating system, we can equip it with nanoparticles for new or enhanced properties. The industrial implementation is straight forward.
Up to 50 wt% nanoparticle content in any given solvent is possible.
